As the warehouse director, I believe that the Adjustable Pallet racking technique would be ideal for the B.M.W new facility as APR has the potential to reduce the cycle time. Adjustable Pallet racking will assist the organization to enhance its levels of efficiency regarding movement of its products (Emmett, 2005).
