Servant Leadership Paradigm
The servant leadership paradigm is one that has massive impacts on the team building and efficiency in strategic leadership activities. As a leader in nursing, it is crucial to understand that one of the most basic elements of the efficient teams is collaborative care. This means that all the members of the team are given a chance to play a part in medical interventions carried out in the group ("New Leadership Paradigm: Servant Leadership", 2016). Serving others in the nursing profession means that one has to work from a point of humility, creating the right environment where all team members take up responsibility for the collective destiny of the entire team (Grinnell, 2012).
