Different and emerging technologies have had massive impacts on the business arena, where they have revolutionized almost every other area of operations from decision making to customer care and shaping the products and services to match the ever changing needs of the customers (Sitnikov, 2014). Going to the industrial age, the business area has been effectively changed relative to the extraction, production and even marketing methods (Butt, 2015). In the current market dynamics, company have incorporated the use of social media as a tool in every area. Business leaders are able to manage aspects of business planning, marketing, global sales, real time monitoring, customer support that is instant and systematic management with a focus on business growth and innovation.
The first aspect that business leaders have to consider the right technology that is best going to achieve their desired goals. It is clear from the last few decades that companies that invest in technology have increased in their market share, competitiveness and their financial stardom (Sitnikov, 2014). This is relative to the fact that information technology allows the companies to collect and analyze data from the market and better reach their customers with fine-tuned customer oriented products and services (Butt, 2015).
