I view the rigors of organizational change as a challenge for corporate leaders to view, understand, and manage the influences and interactions in organizations. In that context, corporate leaders can explore and exploit avenues to make the organization sustainably competitive within the uncertain business environment. Rigors of organizational change create learning enterprises that appreciate that business operations are interconnected, including human resources, innovations, contexts, culture, objectives, among other aspects.
