What specific traits did the quiz measure? Were these similar traits to those that you read about in the background materials?
The quiz looked dealt with the aspects of openness of the candidates, which basically relates to their inner personality, specifically on the ability to articulate goals and personal reactions(Harrison &Frakes, 2010). The quiz also handled the various aspects of candidates’ consciousness, which further articulates their personality, the ability to make sustainable decisions, personal organization and the ability to articulate career goals.The quiz further assessed the candidates’ ability to relate with other persons and clients professionally and even at the personal levels(Harrison &Frakes, 2010). The fourth section of the quiz, relates to the abilities of the candidate to agree on various issues relative to the stakes involved and the situation analysis skills. The last section handles the neuroticism characteristics with aspects such as ability to handle stress relative to various situations at the personal and professional levels. These are quite similar with the course material relative to the professional skills and the personal skills that make one a natural entrepreneur(Harrison &Frakes, 2010).
