Organizational Capabilities
The organization I work with has multiple organizational capabilities. There are various aspects that has increased our ability to meet the goals set as organizational. One of the capabilities is excellent customer service. Dealing with wide range of clients whose needs are diverse, the organization has over the years managed to maintain good constant with customers. There is a dedicated team that constantly checks up on customers to ensure that they are happy and satisfied with our customers. For the last 15 years that the company has been in operation, it has been possible to do this. This is however increasingly becoming difficulty as the clientele base enlarges. It is certainly an organizational thereat that has to be dealt with. As the customer base of the organization becomes larger, the required attention to each customer appears to decrease. This could mean that in the near future, the customer service could reduce drastically.
Another organizational capability is the ability to make supplies on time. This is certainly a strength that the organization boast of (Anderson, 2011). Although organizational growth is a good thing, it also comes with its own set of challenges. As the organization grows, it means more resources which then may mean that there some financial constraints. This is because even with a large client base, it could also mean that debtors are equally many and so are the creditors. This is certainly a challenge that the organization is facing and is likely to increase until a more workable solution is found.
