Medical Data Backup Company strategic objectives are; improving quality of service and ensuring customer satisfaction, to increase the profits by 30 percent annually, to increase the clientele base by 10% annually, and acquire the latest information technology systems in data backup and finally the leading corporation in data backup in the medical industry.
The following marketing strategies have been aligned with the overall business and strategic objectives.
Researching on new market segments- Medical Data Backup Company, will do research on potential market sections through research and development. The target markets will be corporations in the medical industry, and then proceeded by customized packaging of service and products for these markets depending on their needs. This marketing strategy will be done for 6 months.
Joint promotions strategy- The Company will also identify other corporations that offer different products and service to the Medical industry. This other corporations will not be competing threat to Medical Data Backup Company. Through this strategy the company will be able to reach to markets where they previously had not reached under minimal costs by engaging other non-competitors in joint promotions.
