Introduction
The business mission and vision are centered on enhancing the health and wellness of our clients and their families via patient-centered care delivery frameworks. My business mission is to encourage client-centered care frameworks where the users are central to the care delivery models, including their treatment decisions. One of our central visions is to be highly responsive in providing innovating and evidence-based psychiatric mental health care to all. That said, the business vision and missions reinforce Hub and Spoke’s need for a Buprenorphine prescriber. In this vein, the business experience and intent coincide with Hub and Spoke’s requested services and primary goals. As the business owner, I can confirm my licensure status and provide the necessary documentation to support my prescriptive authority. I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with prescriptive and related decision-making authority.
Timeline
Week 4 Pre-launch

Technology evaluation to determine if baseline specifications are fully met.

Process assessment would include identifying current prescription writing access and procedures, identifying demographic data fields of interest for extraction, the definition of training approach, scheduling training and data extract teleconference dates and collection of registration forms.

Week 3 – 2 Pre-launch.

Data conversion includes contacting the practice to confirm or select a teleconference date, coordinate the required staff and determine program access to data.
