For this assignment, you will create a communication strategy that fosters change and innovation in an organization. Explain the context in which it occurs and the options that are available. Develop a solution that will solve the organizational issue and meet the needs of the people involved.
Feel free to use the same organization you researched for the Unit VI and Unit VII Assignments. You are not limited to this organization, but it may be easier to complete the assignment since you have already researched it for Unit VI and/or Unit VII. You can use the same sources for all assignments, if applicable.
In the report, you will provide a potential audience analysis, create a purposeful message, and discuss a type of channel that you could use for feedback. Include answers to Neal’s (2010) communication questions, which are listed below:
What am I trying to achieve?
How will my audience react to what I am trying to achieve?
Will my message be resisted?
What do I know about my audience that will help me tailor my message? (p. 40)
Do not include the question/answers in a bullet or list format. Instead, integrate the responses in your paragraphs.

Introduction
Without communication, organizations are unable to achieve their goals and objectives. It is through communication that companies pass vital information to employees, clients, authorities, and shareholders (Bucăţa & Rizescu, 2017). Because of the importance of communication, a communication strategy has become critical for organizations that want to remain ahead in the market. One of the organizations that value communication is Google. This paper examines Google’s communication strategy and how it has been integrated into the various departments in the organization.
Summary
The ecosphere of corporate America has remained restrictive, in an attempt to control employees’ behavior. Despite the freedom of speech and expression that America prides itself on, the corporate space has remained skeptical about the extent to which employees can express their views freely. When Google came in, it openly celebrated its progressive stance in the otherwise conservative corporate culture (Tran, 2017). Consequently, many companies started to make changes aimed towards mimicking Google’s culture so that they could attract a brilliant and innovative workforce. Google emphasized the need to ensure a free-thinking approach towards issues. The importance of openness and transparency was critical in ensuring that Google remained ahead of its competitors.
However, things changed in 2019 when Google co-founders Larry Page and President Sergey Brin stepped down. Sundar Pichai took over as the CEO of Google holding company Alphabet. Pichai indicated that the company was experiencing challenges managing the increasing workforce, which numbered more than 100,000. Some of the long-serving employees feel that Google has become a different company than it used to be (Elias, 2019). Communication challenges started in 2018 when news of Project Dragonfly emerged.
