Thank you for this input for this week. For any business to thrive in any country, it must adhere to the legal restrictions or requirements established therein. It is only through observance of these laws and policies that a business will be clear of any legal hurdles and bottlenecks that might otherwise impede its progress. The same is true for Tim's Shoppe and Xavier's Candy Company. Considering they are in the U.S., both companies will have to comply with state, federal, and local laws to conduct business. These include equal employment laws, consumer laws, and health and safety laws. These laws are usually quite specific and therefore deal with businesses on an individual basis. Being on top of things will help these two businesses thrive in their respective niches.
