Value co-creation occurs when a business establishes strategies that meet the needs of its customers while also helping the business to achieve its objectives. A primary strategy for Disney is Innovation. Others strategies include global expansions and high quality to meet the needs of its target audiences. As Malta's strategist, I intend to incorporate other unique approaches to co-create Malta's value with its constituents. An important area to focus on to co-create value for Malta in an Epic way involves establishing strong customer service to improve communication and interactions with its clients. This can be achieved through the use of various social media platforms (Payne et al., 2020). Technological advancements have enhanced marketing experiences for businesses, allowing them to interact with a larger audience from across the world. Establishing robust social media platforms will enable Malta to interact with its existing customers to receive complaints and compliments. Smoot interactions through social media platforms will also allow Malta to receive customer feedback on its products and services (McCall, 2020). These interactions will also benefit the firm by enabling it to introduce new products and services to its customer base effectively. It will also ensure that the company receives ideas and suggestions for improvements to its products and services to suit customers' needs. Lastly, advancements in Malta's customer service will also provide customers with a personalized experience, which will improve customer experience and satisfaction (Startup Info Team, 2021). This benefits the business by helping them maintain existing customers while attracting new ones.
