Factors that Lead to Effective Personal Leadership in Organizations
The roles and responsibilities of leaders are more demanding in the modern organizations than they were before. Leaders are supposed to deliver consistently and provide sustainable results by effectively using the available resources. In the process of attaining and maintaining leadership roles, leaders should maintain employee morale and high production levels as well as change the business environment. They should ensure that right people with the right skills are in right roles. This requires good leaders in the organization with the following competencies of personal leadership.

* Action oriented- good leaders should have the ability to execute plans. They should have the necessary skills that are important in delivering good results and get things done in a dynamic environment.
* Flexibility- the leaders should be able to adjust their behavior to any changes. They should be open for new ways of tackling things and situations from any direction and include the employees in decision making. Effective personal leadership demands that the leaders to take the interests of others in the institutions into considerations. They should have a good emotional and spiritual intelligence (Goleman et al. 2013).
