Draft an organizational communication strategy that considers different theories and considerations that were presented in this course. Consider both analog and digital methods of communication. Consider how you might organize to be most efficient and to communicate most effectively. What is the workplace environment (remote, in-person)? What will be your system of evaluations (evaluative, developmental, frequency, method of delivery, etc.)? This should be drafted in a format that you would present to your organization following a review of processes and culture, meeting with leaders and considering how to best attain your desired vision.

Communication is one of the many components that make up a management organization. As a result, whether in a remote or in-person setting, efficient communication is critical to the success of any firm. Organizations need, however, to have complete policies and procedures for interacting with their constituencies, workers, and stakeholders, as well as the surrounding community, to make this communication process successful. We will develop a communication plan for a remote environment organization in this article, focusing on how to be the most efficient and effective organized organization possible.
To begin, efficient communication adds to a slew of benefits, including increased employee morale and satisfaction, as well as increased efficiency, which lowers costs in any firm. As a result, we will consider the best communication style, which is two-way communication, in this circumstance. Because it allows both parties to share their feelings and thoughts about any alternative. This will be implied to all stakeholders in terms of their responsibilities and requirements. Through this strategy, organization leaders will be asked to understand new methods, weaknesses, and strengths of the organization. Then, in an open meeting committee, it will be debated to come up with solutions.
The management will begin building the communication strategy by connecting communication to the strategic plan, which includes the organization's mission, vision, and values.
