Great and comprehensive post as always Scharp. I see the compensation is very attractive but again it requires extensive experience as well as the need to have knowledge of the legal aspects of human resource operations. I bet that Human Resources Law and Compliance Certificate can be extremely useful for a person seeking this job. Would you consider this certification? Thank you for your post.

Great post Logan. The table provides a clear view of the benefits as offered across different companies. I find it interesting that compared to Crowe and Protiviti, USAA lists all the benefits. From your table, I can see that some benefits are not listed with Crowe and Protiviti but for USSA, the benefits are quite elaborate. I tend to think the provision of details about the benefits associated with a job is extremely helpful in helping the candidate make decisions about whether or not they would apply to the position. What do you think?
