Charismatic leaders usually motivate and encourage others to achieve greater goals by tapping into their emotions, sense of trust, driving forces, and passion. This type of leadership mostly focuses on an interpersonal level and how the leaders interact with other personnel. Charismatic leadership attracts people from all walks of life. In addition to religious faculties, charismatic leadership cut across political, social, and business institutions. Charismatic leaderships are well eminent during times of crisis and show outstanding devotion to and expertise within a large crowd. Charismatic leaders also have a clear vision in politics or business.
