One lesson I learned in the business communication course is that communication is an important factor in business because it enables different parties to network effectively and develop the required qualities to lead others in the workplace. In fact, I came to realize that communication impacts business success. Managers with effective communication skills, for instance, can interact with employees suitably, solve organizational problems in time, and make appropriate decisions. In this case, I learned that engaging employees in constant communication reduces the turnover by sustaining them because they are sure that the leaders value their views. Most importantly I learned how to communicate by presenting my ideas and listening to others.
