In Part 1 of your Justification Report assignment, you built up the following sections: Problem Statement, Overview of Alternatives, Criteria, and Methods. In Part 2, you will revise Part 1 based on your instructor's suggestions and add to it the following sections: Evaluation of Alternatives, Findings and Analysis, and References.
Use the basic outline below to draft your paper. Organize your responses to each question under the following section headings:

Using the provided template, write Part 2 of a single-spaced report in which you:
Include and revise the sections from Assignment 2.1 (Problem Statement, Overview of Alternatives, Criteria, and Methods) per instructor suggestions.Research the two (2) alternatives (i.e. possible solutions) that you've identified in your Part 1 Evaluation of Alternatives section. Bullying at work is the repeated, awkward actions of individuals directed towards a worker or workforces, which are intended to humiliate, intimidate, undermine, degrade or which create a danger to employees’ safety or health. From a legal perspective, bullying can be defined as a unwanted and unwarranted behavior that a person finds offensive, intimidating or humiliating and is repeated so as to have a detrimental effect upon a person’s dignity, safety, and well-being (Olsen, 2005). Often it is as a result of abuse or misuse of power. However, at times, staff workers bully their peers, for instance, in mobbing behaviors. Bullying includes invalid criticism, social isolation, humiliation, unjustified blames, being yelled at, extreme monitoring and petty duty allocations. In organizations bullying is reflected by having unreasonable expectations on workforces, and failure to meet those expectations leads to mistreatment and dismissal of the harassed workers.
Evaluation of Alternatives Bullying Alleviation Strategies
Several criteria can be employed in solving the problem of workplace bullying. They include teleworking, floating holiday option, employee morale, and productivity. Teleworking is the act of working from home by use of telephone, e-mail or the internet. Organizations can offer extra floating holidays to each employee in an attempt to fight bullying. In addition to these, other motivational approaches can be employed which target at increasing workers morale and productivity by minimizing bullying.

Telework
Teleworking is one of the best solutions to bullying since an employee works from home where nobody can access them, hence, no bullying. Since the endorsement of telework enhancement act of 2010, its benefits have been evident in some organizations. For instance, Aetna Health made a profit of $6 million within a year after allowing only five percent of its staff to telework (Belvis England, 2012). The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office believe their workforces can work from anywhere and anytime without pressures from fellow workers. The Federal Government as observed that many agencies have introduced telework as a strategy to maintain emergency preparedness, improve performance and increase retention (United States Office of Personnel Management, 2013).
