One of these problems is a low level of productivity whereby the employees are incapable of completing a particular volume of work according to schedule. This will probably affect the supply and demand routes of the business. This problem is triggered by lack of motivation, sudden structural changes, and stress inducers like unrealistic deadlines. The adaptive leadership toolkit will address this problem by ensuring all the employees are motivated and given enough time to adjust to any changes without being pressured. Using positive language is also imperative because it steers the conversations towards positive outcomes (Zhou et al., 2020). The fact that focus is placed on finding the solution tends to pull more customers, increasing the organization's revenue. Customers need people they can easily talk to about their expectations and what they want. Therefore, clear communication skills are a strength that shows customers they are needed and can get what they want. These strengths are critical to the organization's success because they distinguish an organization from its competitors.
