In July this year, roughly a distance of two hundred and forty-one thousand seven hundred and thirty is unoccupied. The building has both its strengths and shortcomings.

The building offers ample parking space. Parking space is advantageous for the building because customers, employees, and the businesses to occupy the office spaces may have a vehicle.
