Strengths
Ant does a good job highlighting the four pieces of advice he took away from the two reading materials. He explains how each piece of advice will improve his writing. He gives examples of how his writing has been in the past and how it will improve now that he has read the two books. I like that he is not afraid to point out his past writing mistakes, which shows great awareness and a desire to improve.
Weaknesses
However, I think the way he has cited the materials is a bit confusing. I would suggest putting the endnote numbers after each piece of advice instead of placing them before the information.
