Working in teams is a challenging but insightful experience. It requires one to adjust their way of completing tasks by embracing the inputs of other participants and fitting in a collectively agreed schedule. As a learner who has participated in diverse assignments in my past courses, I have been part of different groups, some successful while others had significant barriers. For instance, I completed a term project that required a team of four individuals. From the onset, the group experience and attitude were positive and focused on the objectives.
