A corporate culture entails the customs, traditions, and behavioral ideals of a specific company, which significantly influences the behavior of employees. Specifically, Google’s corporate culture enables workers to be motivated to undertake their responsibilities, where they collaborate and share information to facilitate innovation that makes the firm highly competitive. Some of the elements of its observable culture include openness, transparency, effective communication, a good working environment, a hands-on approach, and creativity (Elsbach & Stigliani, 2018). Although Google is already known as one of the most innovative companies worldwide, its employees can be more creative if they participate in various team-building activities to eliminate conflict and foster togetherness, understanding, and unity.
