It is acknowledged that in any situation where human beings interact, there is a potential for conflict to develop. For instance, healthcare organizations usually have many interactions, making the environment susceptible to conflict development (Piryani & Piryani, 2019). Nonetheless, these institutions have developed ways of managing the problems through different strategies. The strategies include collaborative and competitive strategies, which have proven to be more effective in healthcare.
