Introduction
The principles and values spelled out in our code of conduct serve as our business compass. The Johnson and Sons Inc. code of conduct sets the road map and keeps us on course with all values. Our code of conduct offers the policies, guidelines, and procedures that must be followed within the company. Our code of conduct plays a key role in keeping our reputation high as well as creating an open and honest environment where we can drive towards our business goals legally and with total integrity. Violation of code of conduct calls for different actions to address and prevent future occurrences. The corrective and preventive measures include disciplinary actions, which could mean suspension or termination of contract, training, and counseling. Every employee in Johnson and Sons Inc. is expected to understand and comply code of conduct.
