Case Study:
Companies are beginning to develop plans to bring their employees back to work in an office environment. This company has had 25 employees working from home for over a year during the pandemic. They have found that productivity slipped during this time and want to get them back to work in the next 30 days.
Assignment:
Develop a creative name for your company! Determine what type of business your company is - as an example, is it an Accounting Firm? A Call Center? It can be anything you choose. Establish a communication plan to bring the employees back to work that outlines:
1. Why they need to return to work
2. What the expectations are when they return
3. Do they all come back on the same day, or is it staged? Why?
4. How do you create engagement for them? Know that some will be happy, others not so much. Some will have daycare issues, etc.
5. How do you motivate them?
6. What are your contingencies if some refuse?
Summarize all of the above in a paper format. You can use resources to support if you choose, but remember to cite appropriately. Paper should be 1000 words minimally.

This will entail frequent participation, timeliness, and respect for the dress code regulations. The staff members' conduct has high expectations for professionalism that reflect positively on behalf of the company and themselves. To protect its employees’ welfare, the company will apply measures to ensure their safety amidst COVID-19. For instance, the company will observe frequent disinfection or sanitation of workstations, allocation of personal protective equipment (PPE), and implementation of social distancing protocols.
Vibrant Solutions employees will be reinstated in phases to facilitate a seamless shift to the office surroundings. Implementing this plan empowers the organization to furnish sufficient guidance and backing as personnel familiarizes themselves with being back within an official setting. Additionally, it helps deter overcrowding in the first days, directly translating into minimizing exposure risk for COVID-19 transmission. Each employee's function and duties shall be evaluated in assessing which employees will be the first to return to the workplace. Priority ranking will be assigned based on those roles that necessitate typical cooperation and personal interaction. Additionally, preferences towards returning may also play a role in determining the order.
