Subject: Young Men Taking Risks in Business
I have noted that nowadays, most young men admire engaging in business such as investing in different businesses. They admire the opportunity that engaging in business provides for their growth and how this could help them in realizing their financial and career dreams. The main challenge they face is the risk involved in doing business. I will show that young men should be prepared for risk-taking in business.
I also realized that according to McGowan, Cooper, Durkin, and O'Kane (645), the number of young men interested in doing business has increased significantly due to modern technology. However, many of them never realize their dream due to several fears of becoming entrepreneurs. I understand that some of these fears include the fear of failing, risk-taking, facing different fears, turning out to be a mediocre, losing innovation and creativity, financial struggles, and the fear of acceptance, among others. These fears have contributed to young men having a negative attitude towards failure, as noted by Ruszczak (46). I will be showing that young men are thus hindered from pursuing their entrepreneurial dreams by such fears.
I opine that any young man interested in becoming an entrepreneur and doing business must be prepared to take such risks and rise above their fears. Yagnik and Chandra (9) highlight so...
