The company has consistently innovated its products and marketing strategies to maintain its popularity and relevance among consumers. In this exercise, the different marketing aspects of 7UP, including its marketing strategies, pricing strategy, promotional activities, and effectiveness will be examined.
Points of Contact
Notably, there are multiple points of contact between a 7Up customer and Keurig. First, the company has social media pages on various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, where customers can interact with the company and other customers, share their experiences, and get updates on new products and promotions. Second, the company has a website where customers can learn more about their products, find recipes, and shop for merchandise. Customers can also contact the company through the website for customer service or support. Third, Keurig provides customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and social media. Customers can contact the company with inquiries, complaints, or feedback, and receive assistance from customer service representatives. In terms of managing the customer interface, Keurig's performance can be rated as commendable.
