The 2020 show was canceled due to COVID-19. Even though we were unable to attend the live event, the website for the Show provides a great case study to examine the sector of tradeshows and exhibitions. Take a look at this youtube video produced by one of the biggest exhibitors at the Show, Steeltite (Steeltite donates at the foodservice ware to Cafe Laura). They are a best-in-class international company and the Chicago Restaurant Show is where they showcase their products and services.
