 M1A1: Levels of Meaning
This week’s module has been exciting, especially because I have been in a position to apply what we have learned in class to real life. There were constant interruptions from the group leader who felt that he was in charge of the group. There were moments we differed in his opinion, but he hardly gave us an opportunity to correct him. The whole discussion was full of conflicting interests because I felt entitled to personal opinion and views.Additionally, I am the kind of a person that enjoys autonomy, and I dislike disruptions. For this, even though I expressed disliking to his views by switching to another point whenever he interrupted.
Nevertheless, we completed the assigned task, but it was his work because he locked out my opinion. His interruptions were also a source of noise because I could hardly pay attention to the task at hand. I was frustrated that I that the task that was meant to enhance our understanding of the class assignment had ended up to become the source of conflict and ruined our relationship. Another scenario was when I was at home, and I had a history class assignment where I was to ask my grandfather about the S...
