Review of Service purpose, goals/outcomes and activities
The primary service purpose was to help Ms. Moore overcome depression, drinking alcohol, and secure employment. The client’s goal was to find a job so that she can continue with her therapy and afford the right medications. When Ms. Moore was working as a loan officer at a financial institution, everything was going on well, and she even managed to save some money, which she has been using since she was laid off. Ms. Moore participated in various activities, such as therapy sessions, support groups, and weekly meetings.
Describe impact of Services on Client Needs/Situation
Our services have helped Ms. Moore to stop abusing alcohol. The best thing about Ms. Moore is that she knows using drugs is wrong, and she is ready to change. However, the only thing that can facilitate her welfare is securing a job either as a loan officer or in another field.

Ms. Moore needs to be helped to get a job. She has experience as a loan officer. Besides, she is ready to take short courses in community educational institutions based on the need for the job that she might get.

If possible, Ms. Moore should be networked with potential employers in banks or other financial institutions where she can work as a loan officer. Additionally, she should be trained on doing interviews without getting jumpy or sweating profusely to secure a job. Besides, employers want a confident person.
