* INTRODUCTION
Ї Purpose
The purpose of this plan is to establish a record of policies that will enable coordination between the Bobsville crisis team and the citizens in times of winter storms. The details of the document will provide preparedness and minimize damage to property and the loss of life. It details the policies, situation and responsibilities of the city council in times of crisis
Ї Scope
A lot of activities are entailed in any annex specific plan including communication, education and training in preparedness of winter storms. They involved the coming together of different people with different responsibilities. That is why it is vital to highlight the scope of the plan.
* The mayor who will be in charge of the entire operations
* The sheriff’s office for law enforcement and to implement the evacuation part of the plan
* The churches to provide shelter and Bunnyville General Hospital for emergencies
* The communication crisis team including the radio station, cable broadband, telecommunications in charge of emergency hotlines and the sheriff and mayor doing the announcements
* National Weather Service’s Warning Center for early information and predictions on winter storms
