When you are in a leadership role within an organization, you should be familiar with your own leadership style so you know how best to lead others in the organization. Understanding your leadership personality is an important element when it comes to understanding your individual leadership style.

After taking the Big Five personality traits assessment, reflect on the results. Consider how the assessment captured your traits and personality and how the results can be incorporated into your leadership style and approach. What strengths do your personality traits bring to your leadership style, and what are some of your opportunities for improvement?
Specifically, you must address the following rubric criteria:

The Big Five personality test has helped me critically evaluate myself and given me a vivid comprehension of the kind of person I am. First, I have realized that I am agreeable and interact tactfully and faithfully. For example, I always endeavor to keep my promises no matter how difficult the prevailing circumstances are. Second, I have discovered that I am a conscientious person and espouse discipline in all my undertakings. For instance, I take time to meticulously plan for any endeavor before embarking on it. Third, I am delighted to note that I am an emotionally stable person. I scored lowly in situations that depict sadness; for instance, I disagreed that I am a worrier (Thiel, 2022).
