Job Safety and Hazards Control for Roof Replacement Task

The task to be analyzed is roof replacement. I choose this task because I am familiar with the field of roofing. I have seen roofing experts install new roofs and replace old ones. I have also witnessed various hazards related to the task. Roofing experts play an important role in the provision of shelters. Old roofs present the residents of the house with the risk of being injured. The roof can be blown away by wind or can sink due to snow. Therefore, when a roof gets old, it is important to replace it to prevent the residents from getting injured. Roofing experts participate in a job that helps protect people’s lives by offering them a reliable roof on their shelters. 
The purpose of the task is to replace an old roof. The work will involve the removal of the old roof and the installation of a new one. The roofing vents and pipes will also be painted to match the color of the new shingles. The task's final step will involve a clean-up of the fallen trash, nails, and shingles. 
I have learned that the roof replacement task is one of the riskiest tasks of a roofing expert. The removal of an old roof presents the experts with a high level of risk. However, this depends on how old the roof and the extent of the damage. If the roof is too old, the risk of collapsing is high, and this could cause injuries to the involved parties. I have learned that risks are unforeseen events, and regardless of how people prepare for mitigation, some injuries are unavoidable. The JSA process enables people to lay down risk mitigation strategies.
