Owing to their vastness, they require a comprehensive regulatory structure and cultures for swift management of their operations. The company operates in more than 100 nations and serves about 52 million customers daily through their 31,000 outlets. McDonald's industrial positioning is the company's ultimate goals, which is supported by its organizational learning culture and inclusion.
Being the largest fast-food company in the world, the company takes advantage of its organizational culture to lure the best employees who, in turn, attract customers. Learning is the first culture and structural component that sets it aside from its competitors (Lynch, 2018).
