1 In what ways are the two sources suggestive of similar theoretical concepts and/or presentation?
Kouzes and Posner’s and Senge’s Disciplines are similar in a few ways but the primary similarity lies on the structure of each where both exemplify similar elements such as values, shared vision, questioning of the status quo, integration, and learning through the process of collaboration (Gregory, 2008). Other than these, the only similarity lies in the values and collaboration. Concerning the values, both models state that a leader as a model and someone who can inspire his subordinates to follow his conduct. Learning through collaboration entails teamwork rather than rivalry for both principles.
