Creating folder directories in Windows Environment
           To create a new user group, right-click on the windows icon on the taskbar and select computer management. Next, expand local users and groups to display users and groups: select users and right-click and select new users (Brand et al., 2021). Next, fill out the form to create a new user. To create a new group, select group and right-click. Then choose a new group and fill out the form. Repeat to make more users and groups, namely Users, System, IT, Admin, Management, Guest, Power users, Finance, Accounting, and HR ( Lovyagin et Al.,2020).
Assigning read-write access
           The newly created user group folders will be displayed under users and groups, respectively (Subekti, 2021). Create a new folder. On the folder, right-click and select properties.
