JAVA is one of the programming languages widely used in appending a text. FileWriter is commonly used in opening files for appending in contrast to writing text. The FileWriter used adds data at the end of the file. This file opening is done by using a unique constructor that the FileWriter class provides, which accepts both file and Boolean (Nakamaru et al., 2020). If the file is passed as true, then the file is assumed to be open in the append mode. Therefore, this means that new details are added at the end of the file.
