I. Introduction
Women are one of the essential beings on our planet, and we must respect and protect them since they are not only necessary for our existence, but they also carry our kids. Without them, we would not exist in this world. But, unfortunately, women are also at high risk of various gynecological diseases that could endanger both their lives and those of infants. In one study conducted by Akarsu and Alsac (2019), the authors found that some of the most common disorders include dysmenorrhea, premenstrual syndrome, urinary tract infection, and polycystic ovarian syndrome, among others.

In line with this, there have been many ways that have been used to safeguard pregnant women and their children. These technological advances include preventive and pro-active assessment and treatment, which reduces the risks that women face during pregnancy.
Pregnancy is such an essential aspect of a women’s life that some women have dreamed about it since they were children. Having the proper health precautions can make a pregnant woman’s pregnancy more enjoyable and less stressful. Many programs are now being developed to educate women about the dangers of child labor. Even in the early stages of pregnancy, the mother’s health should be considered since she may have issues that are solely brought on by the pregnancy. This article will examine the significance of women’s health throughout pregnancy and the benefits and drawbacks of doing so. We will also look at some of the historical practices that existed before modern advancements in prenatal care.
