Yes. I believe that using marijuana at a young age will result in people using other harder drugs like heroin and cocaine as they get older in their, 20 years of age. Medically, marijuana is used to relieve pressure on the eyes of glaucoma, control nausea and vomiting during chemotherapy, and control muscle spasms of various sclerosis patients. However, it is important to note that if marijuana is abused, it can result in addiction. As a result, it impairs learning and causes short-term memory among users.
