Nurses hold significant responsibilities in the healthcare sector. They are the ones who spend more time with patients to create a trusting relationship so that they can improve medical services. In particular, evidence-based practice (EBP) refers to an approach of solving clinical problems, which incorporates patients’ values, clinicians’ expertise, and well-designed studies while making decisions pertaining to medical care. One of the primary barriers that prohibit caregivers from engaging in EBP is the lack of access to online libraries with multiple and current nursing journals (Shayan, Kiwanuka, & Nakaye, 2019). Although many hospitals recognize that EBP is crucial in fostering the quality of healthcare services, the above obstacle hinder its maximum utilization.
