Coursework Instructions:

I am not very impressed the the grades. B.
Prepare this assignment as a 1,500-1,750 word paper using the instructor feedback from the previous course assignments and the guidelines below.
PICOT Question
Revise the PICOT question you wrote in the Topic 1 assignment using the feedback you received from your instructor.
The final PICOT question will provide a framework for your capstone project (the project students must complete during their final course in the RN-BSN program of study).
Research Critiques
In the Topic 2 and Topic 3 assignments, you completed a qualitative and quantitative research critique on two articles for each type of study (4 articles total). Use the feedback you received from your instructor on these assignments to finalize the critical analysis of each study by making appropriate revisions.
The completed analysis should connect to your identified practice problem of interest that is the basis for your PICOT question.
Refer to "Research Critiques and PICOT Guidelines - Final Draft." Questions under each heading should be addressed as a narrative in the structure of a formal paper.
Proposed Evidence-Based Practice Change
Discuss the link between the PICOT question, the research articles, and the nursing practice problem you identified. Include relevant details and supporting explanation and use that information to propose evidence-based practice changes.

Research Critique and PICOT Question
Hospitalized cancer patients required proper Medicare and body fitness. The use of yoga in hospitals has gained many debates among clinics offering care to cancer patients (Chang, Chen, & Lin, 2017). The practice problem is that many hospitals have not adopted the use of simple yoga in treating hospitalized cancer patients. Little information is still known among the doctors on the effectiveness of simple yoga in enhancing finesses and reducing fatigue among cancer patients (Beitoni, 2018). The PICOT question, “in cancer patients, with fatigue, does yoga as compared to normal care, reduce the symptoms of fatigue, with 12 months after implementation?” is supported by both qualitative and quantitative types of research, and shows the effectiveness of simple yoga in reducing fatigue symptoms among cancer patients, as compared to other normal care. The purpose of this paper will be to analyze two qualitative and two quantitative research articles and the significance of adopting simple yoga among hospitalized cancer patients.
Background
The first quantitative article, “Yoga into cancer care: a review of evidence-based research”, by Agarwal and Marok-Afek reviewed the importance of yoga in cancer care. The article asserts that yoga harmonizes the body and mind. The problem was that few cancer patients were subjected to simple yoga, so this research question of this research was, what are the benefits of yoga on cancer patients? Based on the research outcome, doctors noted a lot of improvements from patients who participated in yoga therapies. The significance of this study to nursing was to inform on the importance of yoga therapies in cancer care.
The second quantitative research, “The Benefits of Yoga Therapy to the Health and Wellness of Cancer Patients: An Integrative Review” by Beitoni, R. discussed the benefits of yoga therapy to the health and wellness of cancer patients. The main objective of this study was therefore to determine the benefits of yoga therapies to the health and wellness of cancer patients. The research question was, “would yoga be more beneficial, physically and mentally, in treating cancer patients than the present approach? The outcome of the study pointed out that yoga therapy had more importance such as addressing psychological factors that influence cancer patients.
The first qualitative research, “A qualitative exploration of the impact of yoga on breast cancer survivors with aromatase inhibitor-associated arthralgia’s” by Desai, K. examined the impact of yoga therapies on the breast of cancer patients. The purpose statement of this research study was to synthesize published research to assess if yoga improved the physical and psychosocial quality of life in patients receiving treatments for breast cancer. The problem is that little information is known on the impact of yoga on breast cancer survivors with aromatase inhibitor-associated arthralgia (Desai, 2012). The research question of this study was, does yoga improve the physical and psychological quality of life in patients...
