It means working independently may not benefit as much as working in an interdisciplinary team and it guarantees wellbeing and success of healthcare experts.

Cultural changes require persistence and efforts and are best embraced when the leader and employees view the changes as a key to the company’s success. The leader can foster a culture of safety by bringing involving the team in the execution process, establishing a friendly environment for them, and assigning different tasks to everyone.
