Mr. Joe would require to use bupropion medication for his nicotine dependency reaction. Bupropion can be used as an antidepressant and in assisting individuals smoking to quit. Bupropion is absorbed in the gut, metabolized in the liver, and excreted through the kidney. Bupropion inhibits the reuptake of norepinephrine and dopamine, which activates the anti-withdrawal and anti-craving effects.
