S.204: Trickett Wendler Right to Try Act of 2017 originated from the senate, while H.R.878 originated from the House, but the latter was introduced (Congress, 2018). The U.S. Supreme Court would hear cases linked to S.204 but may also hear state-court cases involving federal law, including the Constitution.
The Supreme Court would hear cases on whether the legislation violates the U.S. Constitution or provisions of state laws. No law can supplant the Constitution.
