As a member of the group, my greatest strength is being respectful to others and also highly cooperative with other team members. Selection: The members of the project chose the best team leader. This would ensure that would ensure that all the goals and tasks delegated to the team members are completed.
Representation: During the project, the team leader highlighted suitable examples of the elements that ensure a project is successful. This includes proper communication among team embers and also timely execution of the delegated tasks.
Inference: Through observing the productivity of the team members, the project leader ultimately had to make specific conclusions and recommendations. He recommended that all group members must conduct themselves respectfully and cooperate with other project members to ensure that collaboration is enhanced among individuals.
