Step #1: What is a learning disposition? Learning dispositions are simply the set of conditions or habits that characterize learning, especially in young individuals. They really play a role in how these individuals view the learning process.
It's active learning mostly in lower primary pupils which involves active competences of activities and in the process, pupils are engaged in learning. In research done by Nichols (2019), showed that teachers are facilitators in play involvement during teaching as a key factor for faster learning and high scores. Therefore, learning disposition is fundamental and should have high profile trained teachers and caretakers.
Step #2: What does it mean by learning is not compulsory? Even though education has become one of the basic human needs, it's not compulsory. By saying learning is not compulsory, it simply means learning is optional or voluntary. Not all people do well in education and in fact, having a high level of education is not equivalence to success. Deming (2014) identifies life learning as essential to one’s survival “learning is not compulsory, its voluntary. Improvement is not compulsory, it's voluntary. But to survive one must learn”.
