Organizational Structures, Cultures, and Management in Project Management Processes Project management processes are complex and require adherence to laid-down guidelines to achieve success. The case of Provision Healthcare Technologies represents a challenging situation where the project has to be completed on a strict deadline, failure to which will lead to far-reaching consequences for the company. The structures, culture, and management of such a project must be developed and handled effectively to prevent them from affecting their processes. Organizational structure is considered a key pillar when distributing roles, tasks, and responsibilities in a project. This is because it provides the needed clarity and direction to all employees on how they fit into the operations of the project. With a variety of organizational structures, such as hierarchical and flat, each type has its advantages and disadvantages based on the context each used (Wilson, 2014). For instance, hierarchical structures are developed in a way that centralizes the decision-making in a project enabling a clear line of authority at all times.
