SUBJECT: Our Company’s merger with Always Right Health Company
I feel obligated to dispense with the rumors that have been making rounds concerning a merger between our company and another company known as Always Right Health Company. In this regard, I wish to confirm that the two companies have indeed consensually agreed on the terms to effect the merger.
Always Right is relatively new in this area. However, it has been in the industry of providing health services to the elderly for over two decades. The idea of a merger was my brainchild; afterward, I communicated it to the managerial team to give it critical thought. My proposition precipitated a series of brainstorming meetings where we weighed the pros and cons of merging. After thorough deliberations, my managerial team and I resolved that a merger with Always Right would bear more good than harm. Several key factors were instrumental in informing our resolution.
First, the company has a wealth of expertise in the industry from which our company will benefit immensely. In addition, working in collaboration with Always right would eliminate competition that would otherwise have detrimental repercussions on our company.
