On the other hand, Servant leaders create a tradition of trust, legitimacy, compassion, transparency, integrity, empowerment, and learning. This article discusses the response to the manager about conscious capitalism as a new philosophy of enterprises and Servant leadership as well as potential lack.
It is possible to develop long-lasting success by leading others through the value of Servant leadership and conscious capitalism, which are necessary for the success of any organization. These programs involve creating an association with stakeholders, including workers, clients, and dealers, to provide the required services. In disagreement with the manager, the relationship is not only available in the textbook; since new tactics are learned in classes daily; as a result, the professionalism comparative between an illiterate to a graduate person will be different. In agreement with the manager, doing a job with honesty and attaining the set goals, employees get rewards. Still, it tends to be hard to execute the duties if they fail to have a good association with all stakeholders. Coordinated teamwork is essential for an organization to achieve its best.
Conscious capitalism comprises four doctrines: stakeholder orientation, higher purpose, sensible culture, and conscious leadership. These four principles form rewards that are non-monetary and do not apply punishments (Blanchard, 2018).
