The 747-400 Combi is cargo plane that has a main cargo door on the left side of the wing. This facilitates the placement of air cargo handling equipment near the door (Utah, 2015). There can be numerous cargo configurations, with the aircraft having different loaded compatibility depending on size limits. Additionally, it is possible to load many pallets that are more than 10- foot. Air cargo ground support equipment includes the supply of fuel and electricity, loading and unloading of the cargo to the towing and push back services. The equipment helps in the servicing and support of lifting the cargo, with the aim of improving ground handling
The air cargo ground support equipment functions properly when there is coordination of all the activities in and around the aircraft.
